Date Began Martial Arts: 2017
Tanya Tonges started training with Black Dragon Kai in 2017 with her sons. She began in the Modern Martial Arts class and then later started attending the other styles our club had on offer.
She is a well-rounded martial artist holding 3 Black Belt ranks and multiple other ranks in different style.
From being a student, she then stepped her role up in our Leadership Team to Assistant Instructor and now is a fully qualified Instructor, with goals of continuing her teaching skills.
Tanya’s patience and passion for teaching others what she has learnt is her defining feature in the Jimboomba club.
