Our Kids MMA classes are focussed on the integrating the standing, clinching and ground components of the combat sport MMA or Mixed Martial Arts. Children will go through a comprehensive curriculum focussed on live training and resistance from training partners. Aspects of the class include:

All of our Instructors have got both real experience in MMA bouts as well govrnement certified coaching credentials. They act as positive role models by not just talking the talk, but walking the walk, to ensure that the kids in the class are taught realistic and authentic techniques and tactics for the cage.
